Advantages of Fluid Applied Silicone Coatings and Foam Roofing
We are Associated Roofing Consultants, a well established Silicone Coatings and polyurethane foam consulting company serving the construction industry. We work with a number of small, medium and large roofing contractors throughout the United States. They all are very successful and have the highest of integrity with extensive experience. Some specialize in very large commercial and public sector jobs with a Dunns A+ credit ratings and bonding capacity in excess of $10 million. Others are geared for smaller industrial / commercial / multi-unit residential projects of up to 300,000 sq.ft. Our contractors are specialist where extreme attention to the smallest of details is vital to a successful installation.
Our purpose is to help property owners partner with our Qualified Applicator Contractors (QA's)
Our goal is for property owners and facility managers to better manage their buildings. To stop roof leaks and reduce energy costs! In some cases an existing roof may simply require attention to limited roof areas so as to stop the leaks thus forestalling a complete roof replacement. In other instances we provide a roof evaluation, working to create a specification taking into consideration not just the condition of your roof, but also your anticipated use, budget, energy costs and holding period of your building. We then solicit a number of select, prequalified QA's to provide you bid proposals with the goal of satisfying your individual budget & performance criteria at the most competitive of prices.
This puts YOU in control of the process, every step of the way.

These before and after photos show the results of a sprayed polyurethane foam roof. Additional foam was sprayed between the two elevated roof sections to reduce water ponding. The final white elastomeric, heat reflective coating will keep this building cool for many years to come.
